I’ve been to parties where more than one person brought their version of this dip, unbeknownst to the other, and all of it went! Just be sure to bring enough chips. I’ve made that grievous error once, arriving at the party with a huge batch of dip and not nearly enough chips.

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken finely chopped (14.5 oz can drained)

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese divided

1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese half an 8-oz block

1 avocado diced (optional)

1 roma tomato diced (optional)

Note: You can use chicken from a store-bought rotisserie chicken, or you can use a 14.5 oz can cooked chicken, drained.
