It’s so easy….it really is a dump and go recipe! Simply mix together the ingredients, add it to the Instant Pot and let it cook for 15 minutes. Easy peasy!
I kept this low in points by serving it with riced cauliflower. It was really good!
The ingredients for the gravy mixture is Healthy Request cream of chicken, chicken broth, two packets of chicken gravy and 1 clove of minced garlic.
I whisked all of that together, then added it to the Instant Pot with the chicken.
One thing I usually do with chicken recipes in the Instant Pot is let them naturally release the steam. Meaning instead of flipping the sealed valve to release the steam I let it happen naturally.
Once the chicken was done cooking I could easily shred it with a fork.Even if you want to serve the chicken and gravy with rice, it’s still pretty low in points.Either way, it’s a tasty and filling meal!
This can also be made in the slow cooker. Simply add all of the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low 4 hours.
1 (10.5 oz) can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken
1 cup fat free chicken broth
2 (.87 oz) packets chicken gravy (I used McCormick’s)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, gravy packets and garlic to a large mixing bowl and whisk together.
Once whisked, add it to the Instant Pot then add the chicken breasts.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot and lock it. Make sure the lever is set to seal. Press the manual button and set the time for 15 minutes.
Once the time is up let the pressure naturally release for about 15 minutes.
Serve over cauliflower rice or regular rice. (Points calculated are only for the chicken.)
