1 chicken thigh cut into 1- inch pieces skin removed

1-2 Negi

Skewers

5 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons mirin

3 tablespoons sake

4 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoonn honey (optional)

Chili pepper (optional)

 

Yakitori Japanese Grilled Chicken

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Soak skewers in water. Add soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, honey and chili peppers in saucepan.
