Excellent Sweet Coleslaw

Ingredients:

1 (16 oz) bag of coleslaw mix

2 tbsps of diced onion

? cup of miracle whip

3 tbsps of vegetable oil

½ cup of sugar

1 tbsp of vinegar

¼ tsp of salt

½ tsp of poppy seeds

 

 

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix and onion.

In a separate bowl, mix together the miracle whip, oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and poppy seeds.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and mix to coat.

Chill covered for 2 hours or so.

Enjoy!
